20 Minutes work up to a heavy single of Squat Clean.  Newer people work on power clean

WOD:
14 Minute AMRAP
5 Thrusters (Mx 95/65, Rx 115/75, Rx+ 135/95, FB 165/115)
10 SDHP w/KB (55/35)
15 Squat Thrusts
