Workout of the Day (WOD)

Tonight, Tuesday September 20th is our fall ladies night, 7:30 at Muleady's, in their upstairs room.  Come on out and have fun.

Strength:
Shoulder Press
5 Sets of 5 Reps @ 75+% 1RM

WOD:
40 Double Unders
30 Weighted Walking Lunges (each leg = 1, Mx 75/55, Rx 95/65)
30/15 Push-Ups
40 Double Unders
30 Weighted Walking Lunges
30/15 Push-Ups
40 Double Unders
30 Weighted Walking Lunges
30/15 Push-Ups
40 Double Unders

If you haven't seen this performance, you're missing out.  It's A-M-A-Z-I-N-G.

The only thing I don't get is people are surprised by it, if you look at his other video(the one below the today show) he did the exact same thing back on Howard Stern in 92'.
