Workout of the Day (WOD)

Monday 9/26/15

Congratulations to everyone that competed at the Cascade Classic this weekend.  To even get in the competition, you had to qualify through their online qualifier.  Team CrossFit Interbay killed it and to make it sweeter, each member on the team hit a PR in the strength portion:
Joey 395 Back Squat
Aaron 405 Front Squat
Kristi 160 Overhead Squat
Julia 155 Thruster

One of the newer people to CFIB, Mike, competed in the strongman competition.  Without ever lifting a 305 pound Atlas Stone in his life, he did it 6 times in 60 seconds.

Strength:
20 Minutes working on your Hang Clean
*Seasoned athletes work to a 1RM Hang Squat Clean

WOD:
20 Deadlift (Mx 185/135, Rx 225/155, FB 275/185)
40/20 Push-Ups
50 Sit-Ups
15 Deadlift
30/15 Push-Ups
40 Sit-Ups
10 Deadlift
20/10 Push-Ups
30 Sit-Ups
*20 Minute time cap
