Here is Kendal Pr'ing her back squat at 265.  Solid Work!

Strength:
Shoulder Press
3 Sets of 5 Reps @ 75+% 1RM
2 Sets of 3 Reps @ 85+% 1RM
2 Sets of 2 Reps @ 90+% 1RM

WOD:
12 Minute AMRAP
5 Power Snatch (Mx 75/55, Rx 95/65, Rx+ 115/75, FB 135/95)
7 OH Squat
9 Jumping Lunges (Right leg + Left leg = 1 so you’re doing 18)
*Newer people perform front squats instead of OH Squat
