Workout of the Day (WOD)

Monday 1/2/17

We have three classes today at 9:15am, 12:00pm and 5pm.  I hope to see you there.

We have a Hero WOD on Wednesday.

WOD 1:
100 Wall Balls for time (20/14)
*At the top of every two mintues perform 15 KB Swings (55/35)
**18 Minute time cap

WOD 2:
16 Minute as many reps as possible
20 Burpees as fast as possible
*2 Minutes self timed rest after every set of 20 burpees
See how many sets of 20 you can complete in the 16 minutes.
