Have you ever asked yourself if you should do a handstand picture and send it to me, the answer is always yes.  Here is Jim, taking a handstand picture for no apparent reason, but we love it :-)

Strength:  Shoulder Press
First work set 3 Reps @ 62% your 1RM
Second work set 3 Reps @ 72% your 1RM
Third work set max reps @ 80% your 1RM

WOD: Mx & Rx
4 Rounds
15 Push Press (Mx 75/55, Rx 95/65)
20 Lunges (Mx unweighted Lunges, Rx w/KB @ 55/35, each leg = 1)
15 Pull-Ups

WOD: Rx+
4 Rounds

15 HSPU
20 Lunges w/KB (55/35)
20 Pull-Ups

WOD: FB
4 Rounds
15 HSPU
20 Pistols (Alternating legs, each leg = 1)
25 C2B Pull-Ups
