Workout of the Day (WOD)

It’s important to prioritize time for your workouts, so schedule yourself an one hour a day.  You'll get better at scheduling, time allotment and making your appointment workouts.  Plus you’ll likely find yourself sleeping better and your mind being sharper. You'll start breaking down mental barriers and excuses like, I don't feel like going, and instead you'll just do it.  The hardest step is getting started but once you start, you can't stop.

Strength:
Deadlift
5 Sets of 5 Reps @ 75% 1RM

WOD:
5 Rounds
10 Power Clean (Mx 115/75, Rx 135/95)
10 Burpees
