Workout of the Day (WOD)

WOD:
40 Minute EMOM
1st 12-15 Burpees (record the number you averaged on the White Board)
2nd 14-20 Weighted Reverse Lunges 2/KB (55/35, each leg = 1)
3rd 8-10 V-Ups or Toes to Bar
4th 15-30 Double Unders
*record the number you averaged on the White Board.  As an example your score could look like this: 12/16/8VUps/20 meaning 12 Burpees, 16 Lunges, 8 V-Ups and 20 Double Unders
