Sean, Aleta, Julia and Jon competing with team CFIB at the Cascade Classic.  They did great and it was a great test to compete against many games athletes.

21 KB Swings (55/35)
12 Pull-Ups

Post WOD Strength (Optional)
4 x 1 Minute Plank hold, rest as needed between planks.
