Workout of the Day (WOD)

Monday 10/30/17

Remember that Tuesday is Halloween and we will have our regular schedule for classes so come in wearing your wildest costumes.


5 sets of 3 reps Weighted Ring Dips (add weight or use the smallest band)
Tabata Push-Ups (for grand total of push-ups)

20 Minute EMOM
1st minute Core (Mx 10 V-Ups, Rx 15 V-Ups, FB 15 toes to Bar)
2nd minute Box Jumps/Step Ups (24/20, Mx/Rx 15, FB 20)
3rd minute Burpees (Mx 10, Rx 12, FB 15)
4th minute 20 KB Swings (55/35)

We are coming up on the holiday season and it's a great time to be around the ones you love but this is also a time we can do a little more.  Please go out of your way to volunteer, help where you can and donate in a cause you care about.
