400m Run(teammates run together)
42 KB Swings (55/35, break up reps how you like, one person works the other rests, Rx+ 70/55)
24 Pull-Ups (break up reps how you like, one person works the other rests, Rx+ C2B)
Then after 3 rounds are complete move immediately into
30 Clean & Jerks (15 reps each, Mx 115/75, Rx 135/95, 60 Reps(30 each) @ 135/95, break up as needed, alternate every one, every 2, etc....)
