Workout of the Day (WOD)

Monday 12/11/17

A date has been set, the coaches will get together in the gym on Sunday, December 31st to do the burpees.  Let's end 2017 and start 2018 with a bang!!!!! Everyone is welcome to come in and watch.  Bring a chair, drinks, donuts, whatever you want in order to enjoy this long long grind.  

Keep giving too, the money really goes to an amazing cause.  It would be great to see every coach reach 1,000 burpees :-)

1. I’ve run 7 marathons and over a dozen half marathons
2. I’ve visited all 7 Disney properties across the globe and was a guest captain on the Disney cruise line.

3 Sets of 15 Reps (Stay light if this is your first time doing this, always...quality is key)
