Coach Shogun's Day!!!!

Now those that have gone to his Sunday class, he loves plank.  So what guesses are you making on what his workout will be?

Shogun's 3 truths & 1 lie:
1.  I was born in Thailand
2. When I started CrossFit I was 225 pounds with no muscle, since I wasn't working out (I'm 5'8)
3. I also love Ke$ha
4. I've gone to 3 Beyonce Concerts

Shogun's Strength:
Deadlift
5 Sets of 4 Reps @ 75-80% 1RM

WOD:
Shogun's asked that we don't release his workout but instead let it be a surprise.
However, he did name the WOD
"Mobility and Donuts"
