It's Coach Lindsay's workout day.

Coach Lindsay's burpee jar looks light, you should show her some love :-) 

Here are Coach Lindsay's two truths and a lie:
1. I was a backup dancer in a Ludacris music video
2. When I was younger I used to regularly pretend I was a dog
3. In Junior High School, I won an award for coolest kicks (My Nike dunk game was strong)

Strength:
Strict Pull-Ups 4 Sets of 4 Reps, hold 2 seconds with your chin at the bar and a 4 second negative, if you can’t hit the reps, use a spotter or band.  If 4 is too easy then add more reps until you need a spotter to finish

WOD:

5 Rounds
5 Hang Power Clean (Mx 95/65, Rx 135/95, Rx+ & FB 185/125)
10 Pull-Ups (Rx+ C2B, FB 7 Bar Muscle-Ups)
20 Box Jumps/Step Ups (24/20)
