Workout of the Day (WOD)

Friday 2/24/17 "It's CrossFit Open Time"

We will have regular classes today for 5:15, 6am, 7am, 9:15, and 12pm.  Then from 4 o'clock until everyone left has completed 17.1 we will run the workout in heats.  If you didn't register for the Open, that's ok, come on in and hit the WOD.  After each of you have done the workout, stay around to help judge, have a drink and cheer on your friends.  I love kick off Friday for the CrossFit Open.

For time:
10 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
20 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
30 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
40 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
50 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs

Men use 50-lb. dumbbell and 24-in. box

Time cap: 20 minutes
