Workout of the Day (WOD)

Monday 2/27/17

Input your Open Scores Right Away!!!!!!!  If you miss the deadline with inputting your score, I can't help you.  You must input your own scores.  All scores must be submitted by Monday at 5pm. Sooner is better as always.

Well this weekend was a lot of fun, starting with the CrossFit Open kickoff party on Friday.  I was so happy to get 17.1 out of the way so I could have my celebration beer.....errr ok beers :-)

Let's keep this energy up for the next 4 weeks and have a lot of fun.

5 Sets of 3-5 Reps (add weight or use the smallest band)

I was thinking what would be a good video to post that reflected how hard everyone worked Friday, how much fun the kick off party was and how our bodies felt all weekend.  Plus how excited I am for this week of training and the announcement of 17.2.  This song/video puts me in an amazing mood every time I hear it.  What isn't their to love....an amazing 80's song and a little bicycle boogie from the movie Rad.....HIGH FIVE!
