Workout of the Day (WOD)

Since the website has been down so much, they are extending the deadline for submitting your 17.1 scores by one day.  So if you didn't input them yet, go and do them now so I can validate them.

How did you like the first week of the 2017 CrossFit Open?  Did you get caught up with watching the leaderboard and wondering how you fared in the region?  I noticed a lot of people repeating the workout, how did you feel after your 2nd attempt?

We have a few days until they announce 17.2, any guesses on what it will be?  What do you hope to see?

Minute 0-10
5 Sets of 2 Reps Clean Deadlift @ 100-125% your 1RM Clean

Minute 10-20
Hang Clean (catch in the squat)
5 Sets of 2 Reps (form form form form then worry about weight)

5 Rounds
21 KB Swings (55/35)
12 Push Press (Mx 75/55, Rx 95/65, Rx+ 115/75, FB 135/85)
