Congratulations to Emily on completing her CrossFit Coaching Level 1 Certification.  Emily has been doing CrossFit for years and in her day job teaches elementary school.  She has been implementing exercising in her classrooms midday to help energize and teach healthy habits to her students.  Emily hopes to continue working with her students and move into coaching kids over the summer time breaks.

15 KB Swings (55/35)
20 Wall Balls (20/14 – 10 feet/9 feet)
