Strength/Skill:
Snatch
Newer people work on Power Snatch or Squat Snatch for 15-20 Minutes

Intermediate to Advanced complete 5 of the following barbell cycle
1 Power Snatch + 1 Squat Snatch + 1 OH Squat
*Rest as needed between each barbell cycle

WOD:
5 x 300/250m Row
*Individually timed.  If this is run in heats start each heat at the same time otherwise 2 minutes rest between rows
