Workout of the Day (WOD)

17.2 will be announced at 5pm tonight at games.crossfit.com  What do you think the WOD will be?  We will program it in all classes on Friday.

Inconvenience is part of the foundational building blocks of success. Every person who has ever been legitimately successful has formed the habit of doing things that others don't like to do.

Convenience is built through inconvenience. You have to do a series of things you’re uncomfortable with to be successful.  This is true with your health, fitness, happiness and success in your day to day life.

Stay strong!

Strength:
Ring Dips
5 Sets of 3 Reps (use the smallest band or add weight so all 3 reps are challenging)
Then
Tabata Push-Ups

WOD:
3 Rounds
500m Row
20 Box Jumps/Step Ups (24/20)
20 Reverse Lunges (each leg = 1)
*Rest 3 Minutes after each round

If you watch this video and go "DUDE, F*CK YEAH!!!!"...........You might be a bro and you have to do a 50 burpee penalty for every WOD for the next month.
