The last workout of the Open will be announced at 5pm today. What do you think it will be?
Regarding 17.5 We are going to run the WOD on Friday in classes. So instead of running it in heats all night we are going to have our regular classes so we can warm everyone up as a group and keep it organized. Now we will have some adult beverages in the gym so after you're done you can stay around, have a good time and cheer on your friends :-) This is the end of the CrossFit Open Party. Let's have fun with it.
Strength/Skill: 15-20 Minutes working on Power or Squat Snatch
3 Power Snatch (Mx 75/55, Rx 95/65, Rx+ 135/95, FB 165/105)
*If you want to perform Squat snatches, use the same weight but put SMx, SRx, SRx+ or SFB on the White Board)
