15-20 Minutes
Hang Clean (newer people Power Clean, Seasoned work catching it in the squat.  1 Rep at a time focus on form, explosiveness and speed pulling yourself under the bar)

Squat Cleans (Mx 95/65, Rx 135/95, FB 165/105)
Double Push-Up Burpees
*18 minute time cap
**Newer people not comfortable with squat cleans either perform Power Cleans & Front Squat or only Front Squats.  The coaches will work with each individual on the best movements for you.

I'm a little disappointed my father never had this conversation with me on how to get a woman.  Fortunately I learned this on my own at a very young age, especially the third thing.  That was the first thing I ever learned about how to impress a woman.......and I still have it :-)  I have been passing this knowledge down to my own kids.  Pec Pop of Love!!!!
