Dedication, not only did Jason workout regularly while on vacation he kept training at the 530am class.

Strength 1:
Shoulder Press
Set 1: 6 Reps @ 70% 1RM
Set 2: 6 Reps @ 70% 1RM
Set 3: 4 Reps @ 80% 1RM
Set 4: 4 Reps @ 80% 1RM
Set 5: 2 Reps @ 90% 1RM

Strength 2:
3 Sets lateral raises w/dumbbells 10 Reps
3 Sets front raises w/dumbbells 10 reps

WOD:
3 Rounds
15 Deadlift (Mx 185/135, Rx 225/155)
20 OH Lunges w/Wall Ball (20/14 each leg = 1, so 10 per leg each round)
*12 Minute time cap
