Workout of the Day (WOD)

Thursday 4/20/17

Congratulations to four members in CrossFit Interbay that qualified for the online Masters Regional qualifier.  They had to score top 200 in the world for their age group, which as you know, is a big accomplishment.

Thursday at 5pm, the CrossFit Games will announce the workouts they will need to perform, video and submit before Monday.

Make sure to with them luck and congratulations:
Joey F. (Men 40-44) - 8th in the Northwest Region
Linda (Women 45-49) - 8th in the Northwest Region
Nicole D. (Women 50-54) - 5th in the Northwest Region
Rob R. (Men 60+) - 15th in the Northwest Region

Cleans
Complete 5 of the following complex, rest as needed between sets:
1 clean pull + 1 Power Clean + 1 Squat Clean

Newer People spend 15-20 Minutes working on power clean or squat clean

WOD:
50 Push Press (Mx 75/55, Rx 95/65, Rx+ 115/75)
100 Sit-Ups
25/15 Ring Dips
50/30 Push-Ups
