Workout of the Day (WOD)

Congratulations to Dave and Mary on competing in the Festivus CrossFit Competition this weekend.  Both crushed it and this was Dave's first CrossFit competition.

Remember, we will be doing a bunch of 1 reps in the month of May.

Strength:
Shoulder Press
1st Work set 5 reps @ 75% your 1RM
2nd Work set 5 reps @ 75% your 1RM
3rd Work set max reps @ 80% your 1RM

WOD:
12 Minute AMRAP
10 Lunges (each leg = 1, Mx 75/55, Rx 95/65, Rx+ 115/75, FB 135/95)
10 Pull-Ups
10 V-Ups
