CrossFit Interbay's Whole 30 Spring Challenge has officially kicked off.  How did your prep day go?  We did receive some pictures of people shopping and meal prepping.

Strength:
Back Squat
1st Work set 5 reps @ 75% your 1RM
2nd Work set 5 reps @ 75% your 1RM
3rd Work set max reps @ 80% your 1RM

WOD:
10 Minute AMRAP
8 Toes to Bar
10 Box Jumps (24/20)
12 KB Swings (55/35)
