Workout of the Day (WOD)

Tuesday 5/23/17

Hi Everyone. We have a new storage unit coming on Wednesday next week and we are going to be shuffling around gear. We are also going to do some Spring cleaning of personal gear. We need everyone to take home their bags shoes ropes yoga mats etc.

Once we have given everyone a reasonable amount of time to take all their gear home, whatever is left will be donated.

When completed ropes can come back and hang on the wall but everything else will have to commute back and forth with you.

Strength:
Farmers Carry
Teams of 2
3 x 200m carrying 55/35 KB in each hand.  Partners trade off as many times as you like over the 200m.
*Rest 1 Minute after each 200

WOD:
20 Minute AMRAP
200m Run
1 Slam Ball Clean Ladder (go as high as you can from the 30 pound all the way up to 150 if you can)
10 Push-Ups
15 Sit-Ups
20 Lunges (each leg = 1)
