Congratulations guys! We made it to Day 30!!!

Thank you to everyone who shared, supported, and participated :)

Hopefully we each picked up a new healthy habit or two, and learned a little about our bodies and how different foods affect us. Remember that YOU are the only person who decides what to feed your body, so if something is not working for you don't feel pressured to add it back in. On the flip side, if you feel like your body has been missing dairy, grains, etc., and you feel good when you eat them-go for it!
