After 48 hours of labor, Michelle finally had her beautiful little girl.  Welcome to the world Juliet, 8 pounds 12 ounces and healthy.  

Strength:
Shoulder Press 1 Rep Max
Set 1 - 8 Reps @ 30-50%
Set 2 - 5 Reps @ 60%
Set 3 - 3 Reps @ 70%
Set 4 - 1 Rep @ 80%
Set 5 - 1 Rep @ 90%
Set 6 - 1 Rep @ 100+%
Set 7 - 1 Rep @ 100+% (Optional)
*This should take 15-20 Minutes

WOD:
10 Minute AMRAP
10 Thrusters (Mx 75/55, Rx 95/65, Rx+ 115/75)
10 Burpees
30 Double Unders
