Workout of the Day (WOD)

Monday 5/8/17

We will be doing a 1RM Snatch this week, 1RM Clean & Jerk and two benchmark workouts this week.  We will be doing back squat the week of 5/15/17

Strength:(deload)
Backsquat
5 Sets of 5 Reps @ 65% 1RM

WOD:
1 Mile Run
30 Box Jumps (24/20, FB 30/24)
50 KB Swings (55/35, FB 70/45)
