Workout of the Day (WOD)

Coach Aleta is in Alaska for the week to attend a wedding, while everyone else sleeps she drops in to CrossFit Alaska :-)

Strength:
Front Squat
6 Sets of 4 Reps @ 75-80+% 1RM

WOD:
12 Minute AMRAP
3 Burpees, 3 Lunges, 3 Push Press (Mx 75/55, Rx 95/65)
6 Burpees, 6 Lunges, 6 Push Press
Then 9 of each, 12 of each.......…until the 12 minutes is up.
