Austin reached out to us and let us know he completed his first Triathalon.  Austin and Kate moved to San Francisco over a year ago but we have been keeping in touch.  It's great to see they are still taking their fitness seriously and taking on new adventures.  Congrats!!!!

15 Minutes working on Power Snatch, focus on form and speed before weight.

400m Suitcase Carry (55/35, 200m one arm, 200m other arm, so carry it to the 400m mark change hands and return back to the gym)
50 Ring Dips (FB 20/14 Ring Muscle-Ups)
40 Deadlift (225/155)
60/40 Push-Ups
80 Sit-Ups
400m Suitcase Carry
