Ring Dips
10 Minute EMOM
Pick a number you can hit each minute, work with coaches on a number based on your current level.

WOD:
2 Rounds
12 Deadlift (Mx 185/135, Rx 225/155)
14 Toes to Bar
16/10 Push-Ups
Then Immediately go to
2 Rounds
12 Deadlift
24 Sit-Ups
36/20 Push-Ups
