Hello,

Brad and I just finished our hike around Mont Blanc. We hiked a total of 79.4 miles with 25,000 feet elevation gain (cumulative). I could not have done this without CFIB. And I don't just mean the physical part. The idea of doing something like this would have never crossed my mind before Crossfit. When I told my mom that I planned to do this she repeatedly told me to be careful (I am a klutz) and "we are not a family of athletes". I mention what she said only because it shows what an unusual thing this is for me to do. A huge thank you to CFIB, the coaches, and everyone in class who keeps me going and helps me attain these amazing experiences.

21-15-9
Wall Balls (20/14, 10 feet/9 feet)
Deadlift (Mx 185/135, Rx 225/155)
KB Lunges (55/35, each leg = 1)
