Workout of the Day (WOD)

Wednesday 7/19/17

Meilina is representing CFIB while on vacation in Santa Teresa, Costa Rica.  She surfed, drank, ate and played on the beach.  She said there wasn't a CrossFit Gym there, so do any of you want to live and open a gym out there :-) 

Strength:
Strict Chin-Ups
5 Sets of 5 Reps (Add Weight or use the smallest band so they are challenging)

WOD:
25 Minute EMOM
1st 250/220m Row
2nd 12-15 V-Ups
3rd 10-15 Burpees
4th 10-15 Ring Dips
5th 15-20 Banded Good Mornings
*I'm picking a range because you need to find a rep scheme that is realistic and challenges you. Coaches will be there to make sure you're moving well and what's the right number.
