Workout of the Day (WOD)

Tuesday 7/25/17

Pro Tip: When you're in a CrossFit Competition, after the WOD when you want to pass out on the floor.  Don't fall on the chalk bucket.  

WOD 1:
Death by Wall Balls
Mx 12 Wall Balls, Rx 15 Wall Balls, FB 20 Wall Balls every minute (20/14, 10ft/9ft)
*Wall Balls must be unbroken.  Once you break them up or can’t get all of them done in the minute, you are done.  If you complete 10 rounds, you’re done and move on to the same drill for Push Press/HSPU

Rest 5 Minutes

WOD 2:
Death by Push Press or HSPU
10 Push Press (Mx 75/55, Rx 95/65, Rx+ 115/75, FB HSPU 10/7)  
* HSPU do not have to be unbroken.  But once you can’t get the reps completed in the minute, you’re done.  If you complete 10 rounds, you’re done, don’t go any further.
