50 Double Unders
10 OH Squats (Mx 75/55, Rx 95/65, Rx+ 115/75, FB 135/95)
*10 minute time cap

Rest 10 Minutes

WOD 2:
600m Run
60 Wall Balls (20/14)
30 Deadlift (Mx 185/135, Rx 225/155)
