Power or Squat Cleans
15-20 minutes working on single reps focusing on form first then add weight.
WOD: (Mx 95/65, Rx 135/95 same weight every round, FB do the weights below)
12 power clean (135/95)
10 power clean (155/115)
8 power clean (185/135)
When Coach -E- watched this next video, she kicked me out of the room so nobody could interrupt her, put on some mood music, poured herself a nice glass of wine, put some chocolates near the bed then watched this video on the Ipad. If she ever left me, she would leave me for a Lego Master Builder.
