Shoulder Press
Establish a 5RM

WOD:
6 Rounds
10 Push Press (Mx 75/55, Rx 95/65, Rx+ 115/75)
10 Weighted Lunges w/barbell hold in the front rack (5 each leg, using same barbell)
20 Sit-Ups
