Workout of the Day (WOD)

A big congratulations to a couple of our teens, Miles and Will.  Miles is 16 and plays on a 16U team, he was called up to play in a tournament with a very competitive 18U team and they wound up placing really high in a very competitive tournament.  His brother Will team won the tournament in the 14U division.  Will is also top 10 scoring in his league and credits much of his success to the strength and stamina he's been getting since doing the extra training.
