The 2018 Nutrition challenge run by Emily is starting soon.  Below is more information and how to sign up.

From Emily:

I am excited to launch the 2018 Nutrition Challenge! Through one-on-one coaching, I will help you develop the knowledge and skills to accomplish any nutrition goal you want to achieve. Space will be limited, so make sure to sign up right away!

What to expect:

  • You will learn how much food your body actually needs
  • You will learn how to eat the foods you love, while still seeing results
  • You will establish a sustainable plan that you can continue after the challenge ends
  • You will become a member of a private Facebook group with meal prep ideas, recipes, and much more
  • There will be challenges with prizes

Plan after you sign-up:

  • I will send you an email with a survey that will provide me the information I need to set you up with an individualized nutrition plan
  • We will set up an in-person meeting to discuss your plan before the challenge starts
  • Throughout the month, we will check-in weekly via email, phone, or in person
  • You will be able to contact me at any time throughout the month with questions or whenever you need support
  • The challenge will start on January 15th and end on February 15th
  • We will set up a meeting at the end to discuss how you can continue your progress 

Cost:

  • $99 per person
