Workout of the Day (WOD)

The first Open workout will be announced Thursday at 5pm at games.crossfit.com and we will program that for our gym workout for Friday.  You still have time to register.

Register at games.crossfit.com when you register make sure to select affiliate and team "CrossFit Interbay".  We will have a kick off party Friday February 23rd.
