We will have regular classes today for 5:30, 6am, 7am, 9:15, and 12pm. Then from 4 o'clock until everyone left has completed 18.1 we will run the workout in heats. If you didn't register for the Open, that's ok, come on in and hit the WOD. After each of you have done the workout, stay around to help judge, have a drink and cheer on your friends. I love kick off Friday for the CrossFit Open.
