Workout of the Day (WOD)

Congratulations to Robert and Jackie on their 2 year anniversary.  They met in the noon class exactly 2 years ago today and have been dating strong ever since.  The noon class will have a special surprise anniversary WOD, so if you want to know what the workout is then you'll need to go into the noon class :)

Strength:
Shoulder Press
4 Sets of 5 Reps @ 75% 1RM

WOD:
14 Minute AMRAP
75 Double Unders
25 Deadlift (Mx 185/135, Rx 225/155)
25 Toes to Bar
25 HSPU
