Workout of the Day (WOD)

Wednesday 2/28/18

Robert and Jackie met at the noon class exactly 2 years ago yesterday, so Robert felt the best place to propose to her was at the gym. Robert proposed at the end of the WOD because he didn’t want to mess with Jackie’s training. CONGRATS YOU TWO!!!

Strength:
Weighted Box Step Ups
You select the height of the box and use Kettlebell's or Dumbbells in each hand then do 3 Sets of 14 Reps (7 each leg, coaches will help determine weights)

WOD:
5 Rounds
8 KB Snatch (55/35 each arm = 1, so 4 on left then 4 on right) Newer people do 16 KB Swings (55/35)
8 Double Push-Up Burpees
8 Weighted Sit-Ups (45/25)
