Workout of the Day (WOD)

Thursday 3/1/18

18.2 will be announced at 5pm tonight at games.crossfit.com  What do you think the WOD will be?  We will program it in all classes on Friday.  Back to our regular schedule.  The final week of the Open we will have an end of Open party and run the owrkout in the evening in Heats.

Also, we are running the WOD on Friday.  If you need another day or time to do it, we will run it at 8am on Saturday's and 9-11am on Sundays.  Please do not come into regular classes expecting to do the Open workout.  We can't guarantee the space and plus you will need a counter.  We might be able to accommodate but we can't guarantee it, especially Saturday 9am team workouts, that's a busy class.  Reach out to Aleta or myself(Ron) ahead of time to see.

Strength/Skill:
15-20 Minutes working on Clean & Jerk (Power or Squat)

WOD:
3 Rounds
500m Row or 400m Run
20 Box Jumps/Step Ups (24/20)
10 Hollow Rocks
*Rest 3 Minutes after each round
