Here we go, 18.2. We will be running classes as normal. Come in to one of our classes and we will run the workout in heats in the class. This will not be like the opening kickoff party where you can come in any time, warm up on the side then jump in. Warm up and cool down as a class. Whether or not you registered for the Open, come in, workout hard and have fun.
