Well the final workout of the 2018 CrossFit Open is today. We will run regular classes all day then from 4pm on we will run the WOD in heats.....and it's a doozy!!!!
Even if you've done the WOD earlier in the day, come in the evening it's our CrossFit Open send off party with plenty of food and beverages.
Also, my suggestion for this workout......do it hard and do it right the first time. You don't want to repeat this WOD.
Complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
3 thrusters (100/65)
3 chest-to-bar pull-ups
6 chest-to-bar pull-ups
9 chest-to-bar pull-ups
12 chest-to-bar pull-ups
15 chest-to-bar pull-ups
18 chest-to-bar pull-ups
This is a timed workout. If you complete the round of 18, go on to 21. If you complete 21, go on to 24, etc.
