Workout of the Day (WOD)

After two weeks of the Open, how are you doing?  Are you performing as well as you had hoped?  Better?  Worse?  How do you feel throughout the week?  Energized, excited, and looking forward to the announcement of the next Open WOD?

Or are you nervous and only doing this because you feel pressured to do so?

You need to be enjoying this!  Competing in CrossFit isn’t about living up to expectations – it’s about overcoming preconceived limitations of yourself.  It’s about learning what you are capable of – physically and mentally.
