If your third set is greater than or equal to your last tested 1RM (from April), DO NOT EXCEED THAT WEIGHT!!! Instead, go slightly under that number for your final set.
With a partner complete the following row intervals:
One person completes a full interval, and then switch. Partner holds 2x kettlebells in front rack position (55/35), and kettlebells must remain in the front rack for the duration of the row interval. If the kettlebells come out, rowing must stop until they are back in the front rack. There is also a 5 burpee penalty each for every break, to be completed at the end of the wod (still on the clock, as soon as last 100m is completed).
